Please note that an order is not officially canceled until you receive an email confirmation from us. If you have not received this confirmation, your cancellation request may not have been processed in time. Due to the high volume of orders we handle every day, it is crucial to act quickly within the specified cancellation timeframes.
High-Volume Shipping Challenges
Once an item has been pulled and packaged for shipping, it enters a high-volume processing stream where orders are palletized for pickup. At this stage, even if the item hasn’t been picked up yet, we are unable to cancel the order. The reason for this is the logistics involved; breaking down a pallet to locate a specific shipment would disrupt the entire shipping process and affect many orders.

- Return Authorization: You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to process your return.
- Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error by JM Auto Racing.
- Shipping Fees: If the return is not due to our error, the initial shipping cost and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
