At JM Auto Racing, we strive to make returns and client services as straightforward as possible.
Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the highest level of service in the
automotive industry. We understand that sometimes, you might change your mind about a
product or no longer need it. We also recognize that terms and conditions can often be tricky and
misleading. Therefore, our goal is to make the return or exchange process as simple and
trustworthy as 1-2-3.
Conditions for Returns:
- All returns and exchanges must be made through our Return Procedure with a valid and signed RMA form.
- A flat 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the case of fitment issues, flaws, or defects, photos may be required to process your request.
- Any product that has been used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- In some instances, returning the physical product may not be necessary. For these items, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.
- Exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
- Items classified as "special order" or "made to order"
- Custom Wheels & Tires Packages
- Electronics
- Any non-EPA compliant product, including but not limited to catless test pipes, downpipes, headers, and high flow cats. While we try to accommodate as much as possible, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please contact us for more information.
