At JM Auto Racing we make returns and other client services as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the automotive industry. We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

All returns and exchanges must be made via our return system.
- To ensure a smooth process, please include the required information with your package. Unfortunately, packages sent without this information may be returned to you, and reshipping costs would be your responsibility. This helps us efficiently manage the high volume of packages we receive daily and ensures your return or exchange is handled promptly.

Returns will have a flat 15% restocking fee unless the issue was our fault.
- This fee covers several aspects, including return shipping (if applicable), the initial shipping cost (free shipping applies only if the item is kept), as well as processing, inspection, and re-packaging. Unlike larger retailers such as Amazon, we are unable to absorb these costs.
- If the return reason is due to something on our end, we will waive all fees.

Exchanges will have the restocking fee waived.
- We will waive the restocking fee if you choose to exchange the product. You are just responsible for any shipping costs which will be accessed to the either the refund or charge depending on the new item cost.
- If the exchange reason is due to something on our end, we will cover these costs.

Product(s) must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging.
- If a product shows signs of installation—such as dirt, debris, bolt impressions, scuffs, or scratches—it will not be eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding, as we can only accept items in their original, unused condition.
- The exception to this policy is if the item has fitment issues. Photos will be needed in order to get this resolved, replaced and/or returned.

In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. For these products, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.
- This normally means photos or videos or some other proof that the item can not be resold.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

- Items classified as “special order” or “made to order”
- Custom Wheels & Tires Packages
- Electronics that have been paired on the vehicle. - Yes we can tell.
- Any non-EPA compliant product including but not limited to "off-road" test pipes, downpipes, headers and high flow cats. We will try to make as many accommodations as possible however a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and that sometimes customers reconsider their purchases soon after placing an order. We’re proud of how quickly we process and ship orders, with four warehouses and additional stock at our manufacturers, ensuring ever-increasing efficiency. To accommodate this, we’ve developed an automated cancellation process.
You can cancel your order directly from your order status page within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, cancellation requests can be submitted through our help center and will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that some items may ship sooner than expected. For cancellations after 24 hours, or after an out-of-stock item has been confirmed, additional fees may apply.

Special Order/ Made-to-Order/ Custom Orders
For these types of items, you have 24 hours to cancel your order from the time you receive the email confirmation. Once the order is placed, our system will update your order with the expected delivery date. After the 24-hour window, the order is submitted to the appropriate manufacturer.
At that point, cancellations are no longer possible under our policy. While we will make every effort to request a cancellation with the manufacturer if you contact us, it will depend on their approval and any cancellation fees they may impose. Please note that no exceptions can be made, regardless of whether it’s one day or ten days beyond the cancellation period.
Shipping Fees
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JM Auto Racing error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.
Items that are purchased with "Free Shipping" still incur a shipping cost. If you decide to return an item, this shipping fee will be deducted from the return.
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by JM Auto Racing, a return shipping label will be provided.
Сore deposits
Some products sold on JM Auto Racing include a core deposit. This deposit is charged at the time of purchase and is fully refunded once the core is returned. To qualify for a refund, the core must be in rebuildable condition and must match the vehicle application of the product sold.
After the core is received and inspected, the deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note that cores that are not fully assembled or do not match the unit removed from the vehicle will not be refunded and will be discarded.
Defective, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department by submitting a ticket through our Help Center as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part!
To speed this up please take as many photos as possible and upload them to our help center ticket:

Once we have this information, we will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. In some instances, return of the product may not be required. Products must be returned to us within 30 days.
If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we may schedule a damage pick up by that courier.
LTL and Freight Shipments will cover the delivery of most oversized items, including but not limited to, body kits, hoods, trunks, spoilers, doors, roll cages. Items should be thoroughly inspected at time of delivery. Any damage NEEDS to be notated on the Bill of Lading prior to the driver leaving for an insurance to be valid. If damage, is not noted, the insurance is voided out and will need to be dealt with between you and the shipping carrier.
Billing, Refunds & Credits
- Payment for orders placed using PayPal of Affirm will be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed.

Payments for orders placed using a debit or credit card will be authorized only and captured upon shipping. What does this mean?
- If your order is in stock, it will be charged normally.
- For out-of-stock items arriving within 30 days, you may see the authorization temporarily fall off. The funds will be placed back into your account and you won't see the pending charge from us. Once the item ships, you will see the funds deducted and the charge posted to your account.
- For out-of-stock items after 30 days, the above will take place, however we will have to recharge your card once the item is ready to ship.
Refunds for returned products are issued with 3-5 business days once they are received by our warehouse and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, Affirm, Check). All returns, where JM Auto Racing is not at fault, will have 15% restocking fee less than cost of freight. Free shipping items will have the initial freight fees deducted from the final refund. Shipping is only free if you keep the item you purchased. Some items will have a higher restocking fee. This information will be revealed to you up front upon requesting a return. Once the refund has been issued a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
Any store credits, promotional credits, discounts, or gift cards can not be redeemed for cash or applied back to any other payment method. There is no expiration date on these unless otherwise stated and can only be used at our store. These credits are not transferable.
